Full Project Description:

Our team was awarded the subcontract for the supply and construction works, including:

• Bulk earthworks
• Civil and structural design (Sandgate State High School)
• School carpark works (Cavendish Road State High School)
• Stormwater drainage
• Security fencing
• Minor repairs
• RPEQ engineer as-built documentation and certification

The project also included commissioning and handover to the respective schools.

The works were delivered during the school holiday period to ensure safety and maintain parking availability. The project was completed within the required timeframe, with no safety or environmental concerns, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
